SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed within South Africa through sharpdeals.co.za. By placing an order with us you agree to the terms outlined below.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

A flat shipping fee applies to all orders within South Africa. Your shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made. No hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Estimated Delivery Time: 8–14 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (SAST – South African Standard Time) Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

C. DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are delivered via courier services operating within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@sharpdeals.co.za or via WhatsApp on +27 71 260 8035.

E. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions on how to proceed.

F. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If your package arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Refuse the delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately
  • If the package was delivered in your absence and appears damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@sharpdeals.co.za so we can assist you promptly

We take damaged deliveries seriously and will work quickly to make it right.
