Our Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Simply email us at hello@sharpdeals.co.za before sending anything back. We'll review your request and send you clear instructions on next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first β€” unrequested returns will unfortunately not be accepted.

Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges on new, unused items within 14 days of receipt. The quickest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@sharpdeals.co.za with photos and we'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect β€” in which case we cover it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
